The owner wanted to refresh the apartment for rental purpose.

The walls were tired, had some cracks around, and the colour was off.

The skirtings boards, some of them were detached from the wall and were damaged.

Some of the doors were peeling off.

Fixed and repaint everything, Matt finish on the wall and Oil-Based Enamel Gloss on the woodworks.
