Loading Dock

The back of the house of a hotel is always busy, and when things get busy, the areas get distressed and the colour shade away.
Loading Dock area is a tight area for paint, so need to use durable material to keep to look good in the long run.
In the pictures are shown different issues, from the walls with a problem of limestone build-up, where I clean before to take the images, to usual issues of the loading wall area that get damaged by trucks and high traffic.
In this case was used an Oil Based Undercoat Sealer, to prevent further limestone build-ups, (I did this job on 2017 and still looking good) patched holes and cracks then, two coats of Wash n Wear Super Tough 2 pack, for walls and emergency door exit.
Colour Scheme:
Up Walls - Natural White
Down Walls - Self-Destruct
Emergency Door - Belly Fire
Yellow lineage - Roadmaster A1
