Bathroom and Laundry:

This Bathroom ceiling was in terrible shape, the owner bought and refurbished this apartment just six months earlier, they used the wrong procedure and materials, so after only six months the paint started to flake, build up mould and bubble all over the place.

The other problem is that this bathroom hasn't proper ventilation, the ceiling has always moisture on it, so the steam and humidity just killed the poor job done.
 

 

I scraped out all the flaking paint and restart from zero, undercoating, patching, then applied top-shelf paint with anti-mould on it.

The final result is outstanding.

 

The client called me back after two years to thank me for the job because it still looked like new.  :)
